About Us

Mad City Mobility is family owned and operated by Norbert Lawinger and Mary Alt. Norbert and Mary started Mad City Mobility in 2013 to provide safe, on time, quality transport with a personal, respectful and friendly touch. Before starting Mad City Mobility, Norbert worked in healthcare for 15 years in caregiver and management positions. He also spent 10 years driving transport for a local nursing home.

Mary worked in healthcare administration for over 30 years, specializing in quality control, customer service, customer satisfaction and overall quality of life for the residents entrusted to her care.

With a team of carefully selected, friendly and safe drivers, we will always strive to make your experience with us a safe and positive one.

We carefully select our drivers, not only for safety, and reliability but also fo kind and caring personalities.
